I can’t believe it. I am finally finished. I think I have learned a lesson. Lots actually. One is, when I give out stuff again, I will stick to that amount and not say….oh, ok! Sure, no problem. Not only did I decide to spray each envelope with the glimmer mists, I then stamped each envelope. Anyway, I am so glad to get this project done. I also finished my bird pages (53) for a group I belong to called fatbooks. 4 by 4 art. You can see it if you go to my space and look at the art. Our family had a nice 4th of July celebration. I am SICK, SICK, SICK of the rain. I am so very thankful that we have not flooded. I am not going to sign up for any swaps for a little while. I enjoy doing them. But, I need to focus on bringing out my new stamps, finishing the catalog (again) and just getting caught up. For those of you that don’t know, my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He starts his radiation on the 15th of this month. So, between doing 3 shows in the month of June, getting sick, spending time with my dad and my kids being home for the summer……..that is why it took me awhile to get the birthday bash stuff sent out. When I can, I will share with you the 2 or 3 things people were kind enough to send me.Gotta run for now ~

Crazy stuff!
Ok. So what is new? I am always busy, always behind, always going crazy because there are not 5 of me running around….. You know, that would be nice, I might actually get caught up then! Anyway ~ I am finally, finally feeling better. So, I am working on sending out the birthday packages. Wow. My hand hurts after writing down those addresses! He he he. Our daughter has a friend staying with her from Phoenix until Weds. So, trying to get computer time is near impossible. Then, we leave on Thursday after her dance practice for Heirloom’s Springfield, IL show. If you love rock and roll, sometime you should listen to attention please by Caroline’s Spine. Great stuff. Anyway, better run for now.

Sick again
I ended up leaving for the convention on Friday morning….sick. As we were riding with our 2 youngest kids to go set up for the show….yes, car problems. Radiator had a hole. We had to pull over while hubby did a temp. fix on it. We didn’t get to set up that day. So, we had 2 hrs. to set up Sat. morning before the show. Anyway, I ended up getting worse. I am still sick today.Determined to get well asap. For those of you that we met in Collinsville, IL., thank you for your support and it was a pleasure meeting all of you. Will post again when I can. Need to work on sending out birthday freebies this week though…Today is Thursday. I have not slept now in over 36 hours. I am tired and hope I can get some sleep tonight. I have been really, really sick.

update on swaps and life…
Ok. The funeral was a packed house. I am glad to move on so to speak. I invited all of my family over for memorial day. Most of them showed up. So, that was nice. Now, I am trying to get ready to go out of town for our Houston show this weekend. Then, Collinsville, IL next weekend. I am still working on the packages to send out. I wish there were more time and more hands sometimes. I am still needing more sign ups for the 2 charm swaps or I will have to cancel them. I hope you enjoy this piece of art I did. Thank you to the emails that were sent. As far as my dad goes, they do more testing this Monday on the search to see if he has prostate cancer.

In loving memory
One of my aunts passed away very suddenly last night. I am still in shock and can’t believe she is gone! She died from CHOKING ….not a heart attack! At this point, I don’t know yet when the funeral will take place. My uncle is in shock and wants to be alone. I will find something out tom. Please, please keep him in your prayers. His name is John. Teresa was a special lady with a special heart. She was John’s 2nd wife. John had a child with his first wife, Cindi. His first wife had an affair with another man. And while my uncle was out of town, his first wife and her boyfriend were high on drugs and tried to kill my cousin Rachel. At that time, she was only 5. It was sick. Sick, sick, sick. Rachel is still alive. But, has been left severally mentally impaired. She is now in her 20’s. I don’t know how Rachel or John will cope with this loss. But, I do know that God does have such wonderful grace.
God rest your soul Teresa.
